We visited here two weeks ago. We ordered two Açaí bowls with pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, house made granola and sprinkled with honey on top. The Açaí bowls were freshly made and excellent tasting. The portions are ample and the prices are good. Great customer service and short wait time. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend this location.

Been coming for a lil over a year and never been so disappointed. After I received my order it wasn't exactly correct , after I informed them it was missing Nutella, the young lady insisted it was on the bottom, I proceeded to check with a spoon and no Nutella was there, I showed the young lady again she replied you didnt pay for the extra Nutella on both only on one. I informed the young lady when i gave my order i asked for both bowls with extra Nutella. I offered to pay if indeed the young man failed to take my order i correctly. With an attitude she said no. My concern is, how expensive is the extra nutella worth? to lie about the way she did and when proven wrong her only response was you only payed for one ??? Hmm Playa bowl have better integrity when it comes to falling short of meeting your customer expectations and don't teach your team members to lie. I dont mind paying the extra fee which I offered to do so, it wasn't a big deal, no need to lie.
